Picture Perfect?

I mentioned in my previous post, that a lot of work went in to making this portrait.  Having your family photographed is no small feat.  Looking through the images Shyla took of our family, I was reminded of how stressful the days leading up to the shoot were!  What would we all wear, what if it was a humid day, and my crazy curly hair went all frizzy and unruly? Family Portrait.

Every time I see the UPS or Fed Ex truck come down my street I get butterflies in my stomach, and hope they stop at my house!  It’s true.  I LOVE getting packages.  It doesn’t matter what’s in the box, if it has my name on it, I will drop what I’m doing, grab the nearest sharp object, and begin tearing into it like my 3 year old tears into a new bag of candy.  Last week was no different.  As I pulled into my driveway, I noticed a MASSIVE box in the doorway!  I squeeled with delight because I knew what was in it.
