WHO I AM
I tell people that I became a photographer because I’m nosey! One of my favorite things to do is watch people. I love to watch them interact. I look for the unique ways a couple interacts during those brief mo- ments when no one else is looking. Those are by far the best moments to capture on film. Reactions to a sweet smirk. A whispered inside joke. A stolen glance between meet-and-greet times with relatives you haven’t seen in decades.
When I am not “being nosey” you will most likely find me spending time with my husband, children, and friends. Cliche, I know, but I am a social being! Probably the best way to get a feel for who I am, and what my photography style might be, is to list the things I love:
- I obsess over all things Anthropologie.
- I firmly believe JP Licks is not an option. It’s a way of life!
- One word: LuLuLemon.
- I laugh. A lot.
- I laugh at myself. A lot!
- Walking with my family through the South End in spring.
- Yoga. Yoga. Yoga.
WHO YOU ARE
So, what about you? Here are things I love about my couples:
- Rolling in the grass in your wedding dress sounds fun because you’ll never have to wash it again.
- Your wedding is about having fun and being in love, not worrying about the Grandma Nora vs. Aunt Bessie feud at table five.
- You think spunky, red-headed photographers are the bee’s knees.
- You and your friends scream “since you’ve been gone!!!” at the top of your lungs during the reception.
- You are in love. Period.
