I loved every minute of this gorgeous Newport wedding. So fun to revisit! http://www.klimagery.com/blog/2011/10/maggie-damien
Dianne + Ken at The Commander's Mansion
I have been trying to write this blog post for days, and am finding it nearly impossible to find the words to describe how I felt about this wedding (I will let the pictures do most of the talking!). As I mentioned in their engagement post, I am elated that Dianne and Ken FINALLY found each other! They are two of the kindest, most genuine people I have ever had the honor of being friends with, and witnessing their union has truly been one of my life's greatest pleasures. Thank you both for allowing me to take part in such a beautiful celebration. Ken, thank you for making my friend happier than I have EVER seen her.
Spring Portraits.
Spring is finally here. It is so nice to be shooting outside again.
Winter Family Portraits - Boston Public Gardens
A few years ago I had the pleasure of photographing Kim and Greg's wedding at the very beautiful Aldrich Mansion. Fast forward four years, and here we are together again, only now with their adorable little girl, Lily. Typically when photographing a toddler, I have to work my magic to get them to warm up to me and allow me to take pictures. Not so with Lily! Lily saw me and began hamming it up immediately! It was so fun chasing this two year old down the icy paths of the Public Gardens - this girl can hold her own. I love winter portrait photography. So often I shoot during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months, that it's refreshing to get a different perspective.
Ali + Thomas: Beautiful Backyard Wedding
As much as I enjoy big weddings, there is just something so sweet and lovely about a small, beautiful backyard wedding. Each detail is simplified down to only those of the utmost importance for the couple. In this case, all Ali and Thomas needed was their closest family members and friends. Oh and cake :)
